Vegetarian/vegan movies provide answers/support

Feb 15, 2021 – I just completed 31 days with Veganuary (trying 31 days of eating vegetarian food without animal products). Stuart of www.veganuary.com bombarded me with daily emails that contained facts, recipes from many sources and movie suggestions. The recipe for vegan sushi inspired me to make a vegan meal for Valentine’s Day – sushi bake casserole, avocado icecream, carrot cake without icing, collard greens and herbal tea.

The movie suggestions reminded me that viewing some at vegetarian meetups gradually convinced me to switch from vegetarian to vegan meals. Below are the suggestions, plus a few others. I’ve grouped them from healthy eating through animal abuse since not all vegans have the same motives:

C. Preventing Disease
